• Customers are encouraged to disclose any pre-existing damage before detailing begins.

• Customers are encouraged to remove valuables and personal items.

• Small Town Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost personal items or valuables.
   

Terms & Conditions
 

1. Services Offered

• We provide on-site and mobile auto detailing, motorcycle detailing, and car wash services.

• Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and scheduling.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits may be paid over the phone or in person.

• We accept all major credit cards.

• Deposit amounts vary depending on the service selected.

• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time.

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to detailing.

• ​Small Town Auto Detailing is not liable for missing or damaged personal items and valuables.

• Ensure you have a way home and back to retrieve your vehicle for on-site work.

5. Changes to Services

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
   

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
