At RD Auto Detailing, LLC, doing business as Small Town Auto Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile detailing services with professionalism and care. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for deposits and completed services.

Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Cancellations
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your time slot and allows us to allocate resources for your service.

  • Refundable Deposits: Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as we may not be able to rebook the time slot on short notice.

We understand that life happens—if you need to reschedule, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.

2. Completed Services
All detailing services—once performed—are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Exterior and interior detailing

  • Motorcycle detailing

  • Ceramic coatings

  • Mobile car washes

Due to the nature of our work, which involves labor, time, and materials, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been completed. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied, and we welcome feedback to improve future experiences.

3. Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. While refunds are not issued for completed work, we may offer a touch-up or corrective service at our discretion, depending on the nature of the concern.

4. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior notice may forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the revised date.
